Baskets with a story
For Dora, the baskets have a very special meaning.
In 2023, Dora began crocheting baskets to support “Hope Through Education”, a school project for girls in South Sudan.
In South Sudan, baskets are more than objects. They carry the family’s most important belongings and symbolise love, care and community. This deep meaning has become an important part of what Dora creates today.
